Samsung Officially Launches Galaxy Z Series Fold8 Ultra, Fold8, Flip8, and Watch Ultra2, Watch9 in Saudi Arabia

Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, August 7, 2026 – Samsung Electronics today announced the local launch of its new Galaxy Z series and Galaxy Watch line-up in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra, Galaxy Z Fold8, and Galaxy Z Flip8, alongside the Galaxy Watch Ultra2 and Galaxy Watch9, are now available across Samsung.com, authorized Samsung Experience Stores, mobile operators, and major retail partners nationwide.

Coinciding with the local arrival, Samsung is introducing a suite of exclusive limited-time offers tailored for customers in the Kingdom from August 7 through August 23. The promotion includes flexible 0% interest-free installment plans for up to 24 months via Tamara and up to 10 months via Tabby. Additionally, customers can leverage direct Trade-In options for legacy devices alongside 2X/3X loyalty points across both earn and burn transactions during the promotional period.

The local rollout follows strong global momentum, with pre-orders surging by more than 30% compared to the previous generation. Graphite emerged as the most requested colorway for both the Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra and Galaxy Z Fold8, while Pink topped pre-order choices for the Galaxy Z Flip8.

Building on seven consecutive generations of foldable engineering, the new Galaxy Z lineup introduces three tailored experiences designed around distinct user lifestyles. The Galaxy Z Fold8 features a newly engineered chassis weighing just 201 grams, making it the lightest Galaxy Z Fold to date, paired with Flex Titanium for enhanced structural durability and a slimmer profile, alongside a 4:3 main display aspect ratio and a unified workspace via Gemini Notebook. The Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra expands the Ultra paradigm into foldables, featuring an 8-inch main display, a 200MP primary camera, a 50MP ultra-wide sensor, a 5,000mAh battery supporting 45W fast charging, and an ultra-thin 4.1mm profile when unfolded. Complementing the lineup, the Galaxy Z Flip8 stands as the slimmest and lightest Flip device yet, incorporating a redesigned FlexWindow that provides direct access to Google's Gemini AI model via voice commands or the side key, supported by a 50MP camera and the ProVisual Engine for high-resolution content creation.

The ecosystem expands with the Galaxy Watch Ultra2 and Galaxy Watch9, both driven by the Snapdragon Wear® Elite platform to offer comprehensive everyday wellness tracking. The Galaxy Watch Ultra2 comes in a 47mm titanium chassis built for endurance and outdoor performance, featuring a 5,000-nit peak brightness display and an 800mAh battery.
