OPPO Unveils Reno16 Series with Trend-Setting 3D Pop Planet Design and Creative Photography

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, 2 August 2026: OPPO today introduced the Reno16 Series, comprising the Reno16, Reno16 Pro and Reno16 F. Combining the distinctive 3D Pop Planet Design with AI-powered imaging, editing and personalized experiences through ColorOS 16, the series offers a more intuitive and expressive approach to mobile creativity.

A Distinctive 3D Pop Planet Design

The Pop White edition introduces the industry-first HoloVerse 3D Technology, creating a floating, nebula-inspired visual effect that shifts with light and movement. Millions of micro-lenses reconstruct light in space to produce a sense of depth, giving the series a distinctive visual identity while maintaining a refined finish.

Across the lineup, a one-piece cold-sculpted back cover flows seamlessly into the camera module for a clean appearance and smooth feel. Reno16 and Reno16 Pro feature compact 6.32-inch displays and aerospace-grade aluminium frames, while Reno16 F offers a larger 6.57-inch screen.

Creative Imaging for Visual Storytelling

Designed with creators in mind, the Reno16 Series features a 50MP Ultra Wide Selfie Camera with a 100-degree field of view, helping users capture more people in group selfies and explore more dynamic perspectives.

All three models feature a triple-camera system comprising a high-resolution main camera with optical image stabilization, a Telephoto Portrait Camera with approximately 3.5x optical zoom and an ultra-wide camera. Reno16 Pro further enhances image clarity with a 200MP Ultra Clear Main Camera, enabling users to crop and reframe shots while preserving detail.

New to the Reno Series, Pop Cam brings vintage-inspired Digicam, Instant Film and Light Leak effects directly into the Camera app. The new Create hub within the Photos app also brings together AI-powered editing features, including AI Remix Collage and Popout Collage 2.0. These tools allow users to combine photos and videos into layered compositions and make selected subjects appear to break out of the frame.

For video, 4K Auto Straighten Video helps keep footage level while moving, while Dual View Video 2.0 improves stabilization and allows users to switch between rear lenses during recording.

Smarter, More Personalized AI Experiences

Powered by ColorOS 16, the Reno16 Series introduces the AI Snap Key for quick access to AI Mind Space, allowing users to capture, organize and revisit on-screen content. AI Bill Manager can recognize and organize digital payments and physical receipts, while AI Mind Pilot coordinates multiple AI models to deliver more context-aware assistance. AI Menu Translation also generates visual explanations of foreign dishes to make navigating unfamiliar menus easier.

The Reno16 Series is built to support content creation, mobile gaming, streaming and everyday browsing. Batteries of 6,700mAh or more provide dependable power across the lineup, while Reno16 F offers up to 7,000mAh. All models support 80W SUPERVOOC™ fast charging.

OPPO Bubble: A New Companion for Creative Expression

Weighing just 35 grams, OPPO Bubble attaches magnetically to compatible cases or magnetic rings. Its AMOLED display serves as a real-time rear-camera monitor, remote viewfinder and shutter control from up to 10 metres away.

Through its dedicated app, users can personalize the display with images, animations, text and colours. OPPO Bubble also supports compatible iOS devices through its app, now available on the App Store.

Bringing the Reno16 Experience to the Streets of Riyadh

Ahead of the official launch of the Reno16 Series, OPPO brought its latest innovation directly to the streets with the Reno Pop Truck, a first-of-its-kind brand activation that travelled across Riyadh's main roads and key destinations to engage the city's young and creative communities. As the flagship activation for the Reno16 launch, the initiative reflected OPPO's commitment to connecting with consumers where they are and reinforcing its position as a technology brand favored by global youth. Pre-order offers worth SAR 1,896 will be available from 30 July to 6 August and will include three months of Google AI Pro, three months of Spotify Premium, an OPPO 80W Car Charger, OPPO Enco Bud3 Pro and a 12-month screen and water damage warranty.

From 7 to 31 August, Reno16 Pro and Reno16 will be eligible for 12-month interest-free instalment plans at Jarir, eXtra, LuLu and Nesto. Reno16 F will be eligible for a four-month interest-free instalment plan.

Alongside the Reno16 Series, OPPO introduced Pad5 (8GB + 256GB), priced at SAR 2,499; Enco Clip2, priced at SAR 699; OPPO Bubble, priced at SAR 499; Enco Air5, priced at SAR 199; and Enco Bud3 Pro, priced at SAR 299. The products will be available online and in stores.
