Armah Sports Debuts on Saudi Main Market, Targets 50-Club Network by 2030

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – August 30, 2026 – Armah Sports Company began trading on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) Main Market on Sunday following its successful transfer from Nomu – Parallel Market, marking a key milestone in the company’s growth and capital markets journey.


Shares of Armah Sports began trading under ticker 6022 in the Consumer Services sector, based on the stock’s last closing price of SAR 55 on Nomu. The shares gained 10% to SAR 60.50 by 11:15 a.m. during their first session on the Main Market.


The transfer gives Armah Sports access to a broader investor base, including retail investors, institutional investors and investment funds, while strengthening the company’s presence in Saudi Arabia’s capital market as it enters its next phase of expansion.


Armah Sports is among 23 companies that have transferred from Nomu to the Main Market since the launch of the Parallel Market, as the number of companies listed on the Main Market reaches approximately 252.


The Main Market debut comes as Armah Sports continues to deliver growth across its operations.


Revenue for the first half of 2026 increased 11% to SAR 113.7 million, while net profit reached SAR 24.3 million, representing 35% growth on a comparable basis, excluding the impact of a non-recurring item recorded in the corresponding period of 2025.


Momentum accelerated in the second quarter, with revenue rising 17% year-on-year to SAR 60 million, while net profit increased 48% to SAR 12.6 million.


Armah Sports is pursuing an ambitious expansion strategy through its Optimo and B_FIT clubs, targeting a network of 50 clubs across Saudi Arabia by 2030.


The strategy focuses on disciplined expansion, greater operational efficiency and the development of differentiated sports and fitness experiences tailored to a broad range of customer segments.

The Saudi Exchange approved Armah Sports Company’s request to transfer its shares to the Main Market on August 9, 2026, paving the way for the completion of the transfer procedures and commencement of trading. Armah Sports has a share capital of SAR328,591,660, divided into 32,859,166 shares.
