Riyadh, Saudi Arabia | 26 August 2026 – Saudi
Wood Expo, the Kingdom’s largest and most trusted wood and woodworking industry
event in Saudi Arabia, opens its doors next week at Riyadh Front Exhibition
& Conference Center. Running from 30 August – 1 September, the 3rd
edition will bring together more than 200 exhibitors from over 30 countries,
giving industry professionals the opportunity to source products, meet
suppliers and explore solutions for construction, interiors and manufacturing
applications.
The event is expected to attract a broad
cross-section of project owners, developers, consultants and contractors, with
confirmed visitors including professionals from Red Sea Global, KEO, DAR,
Qiddiya, Saudi Binladin Group, Al Bawani, Saudi Aramco and Nesma &
Partners, among others.
The exhibition floor will feature materials,
manufacturing solutions and technologies across timber, engineered wood,
laminates, wood panels, doors and interiors. Among the exhibitors to look out
for are UAE-based DesertBoard, presenting its Palm Strand Board (PSB®), a
building material manufactured from date palm biomass; Al Arak Wooden
Manufacturing Company, one of the first specialized laminated wood panel
manufacturers in the Kingdom; and Cyprus Forest Industries, the largest
manufacturer of industrial wood panels in Cyprus, participating at Saudi Wood
Expo for the first time.
Also making its first appearance at the
exhibition, UAE-based Al Ameen Timbers will showcase E1 and E0 low-emission
wood panels from leading international suppliers as part of its growing
presence in the Saudi market. Together, these exhibitors reflect the range of
regional manufacturing capabilities and international products available to
professionals sourcing solutions for Saudi Arabia’s expanding project
landscape.
Exploring wood in design and application
This year, the event hosts the Timber Design
Trail, a feature that showcases wood solutions focused on design, build quality
and practical application from participating brands. The trail will highlight
products used across interior spaces, joinery and fit-out projects, including
premium finishes and materials, innovative joinery applications, interior and
fit-out solutions and edgebanding.
“As Saudi Arabia moves from project
development into complex stages of delivery, the requirements placed on
materials and manufacturing capabilities are also evolving. For the wood
industry, this means greater demand for quality, consistency, design flexibility
and more efficient production,” said Muhammed Kazi, Senior Vice President, dmg
events. “Saudi Wood Expo provides a useful lens into that evolution, connecting
the companies developing these capabilities with the professionals responsible
for specifying and delivering projects across the Kingdom.”
Saudi Wood Expo will run from 30 August – 1
September 2026 at Riyadh Front Exhibition & Conference Center and is open
to verified industry professionals over 18 years.
Visitor registration is now open. Attendance
is free for all verified industry professionals.
