Available throughout the holy month, The Lighthouse’s Ramadan specials bring together comforting flavours rooted in tradition, with thoughtful twists designed to make you gasp with delight. Highlights include the Zaatar and Feta Pizetta topped with feta cheese and olive tapenade, Josper-charred aubergine with whipped labneh and honey harissa butter, and a deeply comforting braised lamb shank served over roasted cauliflower orzo. To end on a sweet note, guests can indulge in a decadent kunafa layered with crispy kataifi and luscious kashta cream.

Iftar at The Lighthouse

Experience Iftar the Lighthouse way with a generous set menu. Guests can enjoy a choice of starter, one main, a beverage, and dessert, complemented by a complimentary soup, Arabic coffee, and water.

Starters include fresh options such as quinoa tabbouleh with pickled cauliflower and crushed pistachios, while mains range from comforting classics like Beef Scaloppine with artichokes, served with tzatziki, slaw, and a side of freshly baked, homemade pita.
