Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – 1 February 2025 – As the holy
month of Ramadan begins, attaché invites guests to gather after sunset for a
thoughtfully curated Iftar and Suhour experience that blends tradition, flavor,
and contemporary dining in the heart of the city.
Each evening begins promptly at 6:00 PM with a warm Ramadan welcome, featuring traditional Saudi coffee, dates, and laban, setting a tone of generosity and togetherness. The beverage selection continues with a range of Ramadan-inspired mocktails, including Layali Jallab, Ramadan Ruby, and Qamar El-Din O’clock, alongside still and sparkling water options.

For Iftar, attaché presents a carefully composed set menu priced
at 125 SAR per person, designed to honor comforting classics while
introducing elevated flavors. The experience opens with lentil soup and a fresh
tomato salad, followed by a selection of appetizers including Gruyère sambosa
and romesco muhammara served with waffle potato chips. Guests then choose from
three main courses: a slow-cooked lamb shank served with honey cumin roasted
carrots and mashed potato, the signature Charcoal Chicken 2.0 accompanied by
duggus pico de gallo and saffron rice, or a vegetarian stuffed cabbage filled
with tomato burghul and roasted vegetables, finished with sumac sour cream and
chili oil. The meal concludes with a Ramadan sweet platter featuring basbouba,
kunafah, or Saudi coffee cheesecake.
As the night unfolds, Suhour at attaché [AA3] lounge
offers a more relaxed, shareable dining experience inspired by oriental
flavors. The menu features a generous mezze selection including hummus,
moutabbal, baba ghanoush, cheese rolls, patatas harra bravas, and chicken
wings, followed by hearty mains such as chicken taouk, chili kofta, and glazed
cauliflower skewers. Classic sides and the signature Ramadan sweet platter
complete the Suhour experience, making it ideal for long conversations and
late-night gatherings.
[AA4] With flexible group booking options and a welcoming atmosphere,
attaché is equally well suited for hosting group Iftar occasions, bringing
friends, families, and colleagues together through thoughtful menus and
attentive hospitality.
Throughout Ramadan, attaché provides a setting that balances
warmth and sophistication, creating a space where guests can slow down,
connect, and savor the spirit of the season through food, hospitality,
atmosphere, and the gentle presence of live
oriental performances.
