Noor Riyadh 2025 Ignites the Capital with a Dazzling Preview Launching the City-Wide Festival
Manal Saleh
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – November 19, 2025 – Noor Riyadh 2025 launched tonight with a spectacular preview night at stc Metro Station, signaling the return of the world's largest light art festival. Presented by the Royal Commission for Riyadh City and Riyadh Art, the event illuminated the capital’s skyline and set the stage for the festival’s fifth edition under the theme “In the Blink of an Eye.” The evening brought together artists, curators, cultural leaders, and dignitaries to celebrate Riyadh’s creative evolution, as the theme explores change and continuity, casting a vibrant constellation of light art across the city to bridge its rich cultural heritage with its energetic present.
