SICO Capital, a leading provider of asset management, brokerage, investment banking, and fund services in Riyadh and licensed by the Saudi Capital Market Authority, today announced the appointment of Abdulrhman Alzunaytan as Head of Real Estate, effective 27 October 2026. Mr. Alzunaytan will lead SICO Capital’s real estate asset management activities, including the development and management of its funds, in support of the company’s strategic focus on expanding its business in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

 

Mr. Alzunaytan brings more than a decade of experience in real estate investment, fund management, and real estate development in Saudi Arabia. Previously, he served as Acting Chief Executive Officer and Head of Investments and Funds at Alaqtar Real Estate Development Company. Earlier in his career, he held investment and fund management roles at Al Rajhi Capital, BLOMINVEST Saudi Arabia, and Tharwat for Financial Securities. He holds an MBA from the University of Toledo and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from King Saud University.
