Largest ever display of special editions crafted exclusively for the
Kingdom
10 October 2026; Following
the Grand Opening of Riyadh’s inaugural Timeology Nights on 9
October, the second night of the show saw the unveiling of 24 limited-edition
timepieces crafted exclusively for Saudi Arabia. It marks the first time such
an extensive collection of watches has been created in honour of the Kingdom.
Alongside the limited editions that make their debut, a host of outstanding
international watchmakers and independent houses are presenting their latest and
most iconic timepieces – many of which are shown for the first time in Saudi
Arabia.
Timeology Nights, held as
part of the highly anticipated Jewels of the World Luxe, and timed to coincide
with World Watch Day (10.10), is brought to life in partnership with leading
watch retailer 10tenLabs and the Kingdom’s first
officially licensed watch club, Collectors
Watch Club (CwC).
Limited
editions unveiled include creations from 10tenLabs’
NAWAT Series, a growing collection of original horological projects inspired by
the Nature, Architecture, Wildlife, Arts and Time & Traditions
of Saudi Arabia, as well as special editions developed for CwC. Together, these
launches, realised with some of the most respected watch manufacturers in the
world, reflect the depth of watch culture in Saudi Arabia and its growing
presence within the international watch community.
Highlights
include the Parmigiani
Fleurier TONDA PF Sport Chronograph Obayyah edition, limited
to 30 pieces to mark the maison’s 30th anniversary this year. Designed in partnership
with Jockey Club of Saudi Arabia, the timepiece’s story draws on the spirit of
horse racing and the legacy of King Abdulaziz’s beloved mares Obayyah, Munifah
and Al-Suwaitiyah. It is a tribute to the grace and strength of the horse, and
to a tradition that inspires generations.

The Chronoswiss Sadu edition is presented in the iconic
rectangular case of the Neo Digiteur and celebrates Sadu, a traditional
Bedouin weaving craft. The dial evokes the vibrant geometric patterns of the
ancient artform, a striking union between traditional Arabian craftsmanship and
avant-garde Swiss mechanical innovation. The limited Chronoswiss Maraya edition
is inspired by the iconic Maraya in AlUla, the world’s largest mirrored
building, where contemporary architecture reflects the timeless beauty of the
surrounding desert landscape.
The Frédérique Constant
Al-Idrisi marks a historic first in fine watchmaking – the limited edition
Worldtimer incorporates the iconic world map created by legendary Arab
geographer Al-Idrisi, the dial featuring elements from his beautiful
cartography which guided global navigation for centuries. The Kerbedanz Khozama edition draws inspiration
from the vibrant purple lavender fields that transform the Saudi landscape and
is built on the brand’s distinguished 27’65 model.

The Konstantin Chaykin Lunar
Monarch edition
reimagines the iconic Joker watch with a refined, subtle aesthetic. The dial
features a soft, ultra-light beige palette framed by elegant grey chapter
rings, softening the model’s signature bold expression. The Lang
& Heyne Clock timepiece is inspired by the architectural majesty of the
Makkah Clock. Built upon the celebrated rectangular Georg model, it features a
royal green dial with Eastern Arabic-Indic numerals, a harmonious blend of
high-end German watchmaking and historic symbolism.
The Armin Strom Hajar Tribute 1 edition embodies a unique
dialogue between Swiss haute horlogerie and Saudi Arabia’s natural heritage,
with rare Nepheline Syenite stones found within the Kingdom’s geological
landscape featuring on the dial. The Speake-Marin Musnad edition honours
the Arabian Peninsula by incorporating the historic Musnad script: the refined
Academic model is offered in two sizes, 38mm and 42mm, and features a green
dial with carved Musnad numerals at 12, 3, 6, and 9 o’clock.
The ID Genève Ghadou edition represents the
deeply rooted traditions of Saudi Arabian hospitality, its dial and strap
crafted from a fine powder of locally sourced coffee beans and date seeds. The Kudoke
Mahd Al-Thahab edition honours the legendary Mahd Al-Thahab (Cradle of
Gold) region. The dial features a striking Lapis Lazuli stone with natural
golden veins running through its deep blue surface, framed by a radiant
gold-toned chapter ring that symbolizes the land’s rich gold deposits.
Other special editions include 10tenLabs and CwC partnerships with
Arsene Lippens, Carl Suchy & Söhne, Christiaan van der Klaauw, CVSTOS,
Cuervo y Sobrinos, Edouard Koehn, Jaquet Droz, Mauron Musy, Nivada Grenchen and
Perrelet.
“At 10tenLabs,
our vision has always extended beyond bringing exceptional watchmaking to Saudi
Arabia. We aspire to create a meaningful connection between the world’s finest
watchmakers and the Kingdom’s extraordinary heritage, culture and identity.
Unveiling 24 limited-edition timepieces is the culmination of a remarkable
journey of creativity, collaboration and shared passion with some of the most
respected names in horology. Each creation tells a uniquely Saudi story,
interpreted through the craftsmanship and artistry of international
watchmakers. Through our NAWAT initiative and Timeology Nights, we are proud to
demonstrate that Saudi Arabia is not merely an important market for fine
watchmaking, but an increasingly influential source of inspiration and
creativity within the global horological landscape,” said Khaled Zainalabedin, Founder and Managing Director of 10tenLabs.
Bander Al Mashadi, spokesperson for CwC, added, “The unveiling
of these exceptional limited editions represents a proud milestone for the
Saudi watch collecting community. What began as a shared passion among
collectors has evolved into a vibrant and increasingly sophisticated
horological culture that is gaining recognition well beyond the Kingdom. At the
Collectors Watch Club, our mission is to bring enthusiasts together, encourage
knowledge and appreciation of fine watchmaking, and build lasting relationships
with the international watchmaking community. Timeology Nights is a testament
to what can be achieved through collaboration between collectors, retailers and
watchmakers. We are particularly proud to see Saudi culture and heritage
celebrated through creations that will become part of the Kingdom’s horological
legacy.”
In total, almost 50 high watchmaking brands are represented at
Timeology Nights.
Alongside manufacturers that have crafted the Saudi Arabian limited
editions, exhibitors include A. Lange & Söhne, Angelus, Beda’a, Biver,
Breva Genève, Byrne Watches, Citizen, Czapek, David Candaux, De Bethune,
Dennison, Frédéric Jouvenot, FVF Genève, HYT, L’Epée 1839, L. Leroy Watches,
Lederer, Löbner, Norqain, Pierre Lannier, PS Horology, Roger Dubuis, Sartory
Billard, Seiko, as well as retailers Al Hussaini and Crown & Compass.
Beyond the extraordinary showcase of market-specific limited
editions and pioneering novelties, Timeology Nights
brings together collectors, enthusiasts, and industry leaders through a series
of educational panels at the Timeology Horology
Forum. The event line-up also features a host of gatherings and
curated experiences including watchmaking sessions with Roger Dubuis master craftsmen, and
dedicated moments for female enthusiasts.
Running until 13 October alongside Jewels of the World Luxe,
Timeology Nights marks the beginning of a new chapter for watch culture in
Saudi Arabia; it is a meeting point for the Kingdom’s thriving watchmaking
community to convene, connect and converse. The inaugural edition this October sets
the stage for an even more ambitious line-up in 2027.
