In the presence of the new CEO National General Automotive Company hosts the annual Ramadan Iftar ceremony for its employees

National General Automotive
Company (NAT), a member of Abdul Latif Al Issa Holding Group, hosted its annual
Ramadan Iftar for its employees at an elegant hotel in Riyadh, in the presence
of the company's CEO, Engineer Khaled Issa, and a numerous of managers, and the
event was filled with the spirit of the
holy month and the warmth of human relations within the work environment.
Engineer Khaled Issa greeted all attendees, congratulated them on the advent of the holy month, saying: "I am pleased to welcome all NAT Group employees and congratulate you on the occasion of the blessed month of Ramadan. I am delighted to meet all the team members tonight in a wonderful family atmosphere, and I am proud to be part of this family.“ He added: ”I am pleased to announce my joining this distinguished company, and I look forward to working with all of you to achieve our common goals and ambitions. Our strategic vision outlines a number of goals that will inspire all of us to pursue them whether in improving services quality, creating new work processes, or driving operational and digital excellence. He concluded: “I would like to congratulate the employees honored tonight for their distinguished careers, which have played a pivotal role in the great success we are experiencing today. I hope our group continues to be prosperous and successful".



Over the Iftar moments, the
CEO and the employees had an open discussion about the company's achievements
over the years and the most significant future goals. Outstanding employees and
those who have spent more than 20 years with the company were also honored, in
a clear indication that appreciation is an integral part of the company's
culture and that every achievement is the result of hard work, diligence, and
ongoing inventiveness.
It is worth noting that
Engineer Khaled Issa was recently appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the
National General Motors Company (NAT), in a positive step that reflects the
company's aspiration and commitment to excellence in the automotive sector.
Engineer Issa has had a distinguished career spanning more than three decades.
He graduated from the University of Missouri in Rolla with a degree in
mechanical engineering, and in 1991, he obtained a patent from Caterpillar,
demonstrating his inventive spirit and technical proficiency. His vast
leadership experience includes key positions as CEO and board advisor at Kia Al
Jabr, where he played a decisive role in formulating and implementing
transformative strategies that contributed significantly to the company's
growth. Most recently, he held the post of CEO at Ground Zero Consulting in
Dubai, where he cemented his position as a visionary leader in business
management and consulting, spearheading successful initiatives and cultivating
an excellence-oriented culture.
