Nissan Drives Excitement as the 2025 Nissan Tat’ees Championship Heads to Jeddah for Round Two
Manal Saleh
Jeddah,
Saudi Arabia – 13th November 2025: Nissan Saudi Arabia has announced the launch of the Second
Round of the 2025 Nissan Tat’ees Championship, set to take place in Jeddah on
November 13–14, 2025. Building on the success of the inaugural round in the
Eastern Province, the event underscores Nissan’s continued commitment to
advancing the sport of Tat’ees in the Kingdom—transforming the passion for
desert driving into a professional platform that promotes performance, safety,
and innovation in Saudi motorsports.
Set against
the rugged landscapes of Bahrah in Jeddah, where mountains meet desert sands,
the second round promises an exhilarating off-road experience for both drivers
and fans. The event is expected to attract a large audience and a diverse
lineup of competitors across multiple categories, including modified and stock
vehicles (4, 6, and 8 cylinder), alongside ATVs, UTVs, and motorcycles classes.
Open to all car brands, the championship celebrates inclusivity and
competition, creating a dynamic arena for motorsport enthusiasts from across
the Kingdom to push their limits.
Spanning two
action-packed days, the event will feature an engaging lineup of technical and
competitive activities. Thursday, November 13, will kick off with participant
registration, administrative and technical inspections, followed by a drivers’
briefing and an open training session on the dedicated sand track. The
excitement peaks on Friday, November 14, as competitors face off across all
categories in a high-energy atmosphere, culminating in the announcement of
winners and the crowning of champions in each class.
The first
round of the championship saw an exceptional turnout of Nissan Patrol vehicles,
which accounted for nearly 40% of all entries refurbishing the model’s
legendary reputation for strength, capability, and endurance in desert
environments. Further highlighting its unmatched performance, the Nissan Patrol
PRO-4X serves as the official safety car of the championship, selected for its
powerful engine, superior stability, and proven reliability across the toughest
terrains.
The Nissan Tat’ees
Championship embodies the passion and performance that define off-road driving
in Saudi Arabia. By providing a professional and safe platform for local
talent, it reflects Nissan’s commitment to advancing desert motorsports in line
with Saudi Vision 2030 goals for sports, youth empowerment, and tourism, while
strengthening the Kingdom’s position as a leading destination for off-road
enthusiasts across the region.
