As part of its long-standing commitment to corporate citizenship, Samsung proudly celebrates this month through its flagship initiative Samsung Innovation Campus (SIC) that is transforming learners into leaders across the Kingdom’s growing technology landscape.

Since its launch in 2019, Samsung has remained steadfast in promoting gender inclusivity within the Samsung Innovation Campus — ensuring that Saudi women consistently represent no less than 40% of participants, and in some cohorts, up to 60%. This commitment reflects Samsung’s belief that true innovation thrives when opportunity is shared equally, giving women an equal seat and an active voice in building the Kingdom’s digital future. ‘No one starts confident. We all start unsure, confused, and sometimes scared of “not being good enough.” But once you take the first step, you realize that tech is not about perfection, it’s about curiosity and trying again. If you give yourself a chance, you might discover a version of you that you’ll be proud of. The Samsung Innovation Campus honestly made the journey feel lighter. The environment is friendly and motivating, I look forward to each session. It feels like a space where I can grow confidently without fear of being judged. That support and atmosphere made a huge difference’ are words by Mudhawi Alshiha, one of the 200 SIC participants in 2025.

It allowed me to merge creativity with innovation. Through AI, I discovered that technology is not just about code; it’s a language of culture, emotion, and meaningful impact,’ shared Rahaf Faiz about her experience with SIC.
