Dr. Sultan Almorqi appointed Managing Director of RTX’s Raytheon Saudi Arabia

RIYADH, Saudi Arabia (October 27, 2025) – Raytheon Saudi Arabia today announced the appointment of Sultan Almorqi as managing director. Almorqi will be responsible for driving Raytheon Saudi Arabia’s business strategy in the Kingdom, focusing on program execution and fostering partnerships to accelerate localization and industrial participation. Raytheon is an RTX (NYSE: RTX) business.

Almorqi joins Raytheon Saudi Arabia from Saudi Arabian Military Industries (SAMI), where he served as Vice President of its Advanced Electronics Division. With nearly three decades of experience, his career spanned key roles across government and industry, in the fields of research, development, and innovation, with a particular focus on defense technology programs of strategic importance to the Kingdom.
