Jeddah, October 2026 –
More than 520 organizations from the public,
private and nonprofit sectors will take part in the sixth Hajj Conference and
Exhibition, scheduled for November 8–11 in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, with
participation from more than 150 countries.
Held under the patronage of the Custodian of
the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the event is organized
by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in collaboration with the Pilgrim Experience
Program, part of Saudi Vision 2030. It forms part of the Kingdom’s early
preparations for the 1448 AH Hajj season.
Covering more than 67,000 square meters, the
exhibition will bring together organizations, service providers and technology
companies involved in delivering services to pilgrims. It will offer a platform
to showcase the latest products, technologies and initiatives, finalize
contracts, forge partnerships and address operational and regulatory
requirements ahead of the upcoming Hajj season.
The exhibition will provide opportunities for
government agencies, private businesses, nonprofit organizations, Hajj affairs
offices and service providers to meet, discuss preparations for the season and
explore solutions designed to improve services at every stage of the pilgrim
journey. It will also help participants identify business opportunities and
strengthen cooperation across the sector.
The event will cover a wide range of sectors,
including transportation and logistics, infrastructure and facilities
management, accommodation and hospitality, catering and food services, security
and safety, healthcare, media and communications, technology and innovation.
Other areas of focus will include entrepreneurship, training, professional
development and initiatives aimed at enriching the pilgrim experience.
By bringing these sectors together, the
exhibition will encourage greater coordination among service providers and help
identify opportunities to improve services throughout the pilgrim journey, from
arrival and transportation to accommodation, meals, healthcare and departure.
It will also promote competition among providers and give participating
organizations more options as they finalize their arrangements for the Hajj
season.
The sixth edition will feature more than 15
major zones and programs, including the Hajj Conference, Hajj Council,
workshops, Entrepreneurship and Innovation Zone, Hackathon Zone and Business
Center. It will also introduce the Awareness and Training Forum for the first
time, alongside dedicated technology, healthcare, media and aviation zones and
a special meeting for heads of Hajj affairs offices.
The programs will focus on three main themes:
infrastructure and operational services, empowerment and integration, and
development and sustainability. Discussions will address key aspects of the
pilgrim experience, including transportation, logistics, accommodation,
catering, healthcare, security, technology, media, entrepreneurship and
training.
The Business Center will provide space for
meetings, contract negotiations and the signing of agreements, while the
specialized zones will connect participating organizations with service
providers and technology companies. These areas will showcase solutions and
initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and raising service
standards.
Technology and innovation will be a major
focus of the event, with dedicated programs covering entrepreneurship,
innovation, hackathons and emerging technologies. Participants will be able to
explore practical solutions to operational challenges and identify new ways to
deliver more efficient services that respond to pilgrims’ needs.
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has invited
organizations, industry professionals and other interested participants to
