AlBawani and Samsung Sign Strategic MoU to collaborate on Construction Innovation and Digital Integration

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – June 16, 2025 - AlBawani Construction Company, one of the Kingdom’s leading construction firms, and Samsung, the global technology leader, have signed a milestone (MoU) to explore strategic collaboration opportunities in smart construction technologies and infrastructure development.

The MoU establishes a framework for both companies to cooperate on knowledge exchange, and integrated technology solutions aimed at driving the next generation of smart buildings and infrastructure projects across the region.
