Jeddah, Saudi Arabia – May 12, 2025: Marking a significant achievement in
operational excellence, Nissan Saudi Arabia’s Aftersales team has been
recognized by Nissan Global for their outstanding performance in fiscal year
2024 and their key contribution to advancing the brand’s global customer
experience and service standards.
Nissan Saudi Arabia’s key aftersales performance indicators showed remarkable growth over the past year. Customer satisfaction rates rose by 13% compared to 2023, while customer retention increased by 6.2%, reflecting growing trust in the services provided. On the revenue and market value front, genuine parts sales recorded a strong 20% growth, driven by a series of awareness campaigns led by Nissan Saudi Arabia. These campaigns were designed to raise customer awareness about the important role of genuine parts in ensuring safety and maintaining quality standards, while also emphasizing the potential risks posed by counterfeit components.
