Riyadh, Saudi Arabia | 23 August 2026: Under the
patronage of the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources, Big 5 Construct
Saudi officially opens its doors next week, from 30 August – 2 September 2026
at the Riyadh Front Exhibition & Conference Center. The event focuses on the early stages of
construction, including heavy construction, concrete, HVACR and related
sectors, under the theme ‘From foundation to future, built for every scale’.
The August edition of Big 5 Construct Saudi hosts four
specialized events, including HVACR Saudi Arabia, FM & Clean Saudi Arabia,
Heavy Saudi Arabia and Totally Concrete Saudi Arabia. It brings more than 1,000
exhibitors from over 50 countries into focus, with local and international
companies showcasing solutions relevant to ongoing and upcoming projects across
Saudi Arabia.
The exhibitor line-up includes Alyamitech, a pumping
solutions provider for commercial, industrial and municipal applications; Alima,
a vertical access solutions supplier for the construction industry; Gulf
Insulation Group, a specialist in thermal, acoustic and fire-resistant
insulation solutions; International Tube, the leading manufacturer of
electrical steel conduits and fittings; and Al Yamamah Steel, a pioneer in
delivering exceptional, high-quality products across the steel industry, electrical
power energy and renewable energy sectors.
Among the international exhibiting brands are Eurobend, presenting
reinforcement processing and automated welding technologies;
Polyfab Plastic Industry spotlighting HDPE, uPVC and acoustic piping
solutions; Relet Pro presenting scaffolding, ladders
and building materials; CSTB showcasing its expertise in certification,
compliance, fire and gas testing, environmental assessment
and building performance solutions for the construction sector. Leminar presents
HVACR and building services solutions, while Regal Beloit specializes in motion
and power transmission technologies and Rubber
World features rubber-based products and solutions for construction and
industrial applications.
Sustainability in focus with Big 5
Impact Trail
Complementing the wider exhibitor line-up, the Big 5 Impact
Trail spotlights practical sustainability solutions across the exhibition,
helping project teams identify products and systems that can improve efficiency,
reduce environmental impact and support long-term building performance.
Participating exhibitors include Masdar, showcasing
Kronospan carbon-negative wood-based panels and engineered boards; Galaxy
Technology, presenting Albion Valves with carbon transparency across its
cast-iron range; Star Factory, featuring its spray polyurethane foam roofing
and waterproofing system; Keller, specializing in ground improvement and
foundation solutions; and Al-Futtaim Engineering, presenting integrated
facilities management and energy management solutions.
Practical insights at Big 5 Talks
Alongside the exhibition, Big 5 Talks will gather over 40
industry experts across more than 20 CPD-certified sessions addressing the
technical, regulatory and operational trends influencing construction delivery
in Saudi Arabia.
The programme will cover areas including codes, standards
and regulations, health and safety, sustainability, artificial intelligence,
technology, project management, concrete, modular construction and HVACR. The
speaker line-up includes representatives from Dussman Ajlan & Bros, Saudi
Building Code Center (SBCC), ROSHN Group, SEVEN, Al Kholi Group, Saudi Binladin
Group, Modern Building Leaders (MBL), Misk City and Kabbani Construction Group,
among others.
Sessions will address practical issues ranging from
navigating the Saudi Building Code and improving concrete quality to
strengthening project governance, applying AI in project delivery and improving
coordination between HVACR design, installation and facilities management.
