What if life had its own timeline for love?
Netflix launches the first look at its upcoming Arabic romantic
comedy, Love in Slow Motion, set to premiere on July 23rd, 2026. Starring Nour
Al Ghandoor, Ali Kakooli, Fatima Alshereef, Noha Nabil, and Shoug
AlHadi, the film is a heartfelt story about friendship, timing and the
unexpected turns life can take along the way.
Blending romance, comedy and heart, Love in Slow Motion follows Haya (Nour Al Ghandoor) as she navigates relationships, family expectations, and her life alongside her best friend, Jawad (Ali Kakooli), whom she has kept in the friend zone for years. As life unfolded in unexpected ways, Haya’s world turned upside down, forcing her to confront feelings she never expected.


The film also marks the acting debut of Noha Nabil, who stars
as Zeina.
Produced by Jamal Sannan and Eagle Films, directed by Elie El
Semaan, and written by Eyad Saleh, Love in Slow Motion marks Eagle Film’s third
collaboration with Netflix in the Arabic rom-com genre.
Love in Slow Motion premieres globally on Netflix on July 23,
2026.
