
TAWAL and Huawei Sign Strategic Agreements to Accelerate Saudi Arabia’s Digital Transformation

TAWAL, the leading Saudi ICT infrastructure company, and Huawei, a global provider of ICT technologies, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in China to explore strategic collaboration across multiple domains aimed at advancing Saudi Arabia’s digital transformation, also celebrated the signing of Mega deal.
The MoU outlines
joint efforts to develop and monetize innovative solutions in areas including
indoor systems, sharing, visual networking, and smart stadiums and campuses,
microwave technologies, and 5G-mmWave technologies. These initiatives are
designed to accelerate indoor coverage deployment, enhance network speed, and
improve latency and reliability for mobile users across the Kingdom.
Following the signing
of the MoU, TAWAL and Huawei celebrated the conclusion of Mega Deal
muti-projects, covered digital infrastructure construction and deployment of
sustainable site energy solutions, as well as indoor building service projects
utilizing Huawei's advanced IBS solutions.
The signing of the
MoU Collaboration Agreement and Megadeal will deepen cooperation in advancing
Saudi Arabia’s digital infrastructure. Leveraging Huawei’s ICT strengths,
global best practices, and deep understanding of the Saudi market, the
partnership will focus on developing scenario-based solutions tailored to local
needs, with an emphasis on green and sustainable innovation. This MoU reflects
a shared commitment to supporting the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 through
intelligent, future-ready infrastructure networks and environmentally
responsible technologies.
