Riyadh, August 12,  2025 — LG Electronics (LG) has unveiled the UltraGear™ 27GX700A, the world’s first gaming monitor to feature fourth-generation Tandem OLED technology certified with VESA DisplayHDR™ True Black 500. Powered by LG’s pioneering fourth-generation OLED technology, the all-new 27GX700A features Primary RGB Tandem to enhance brightness and color accuracy. Unlike conventional OLED designs that generate a single layer of red, green and blue light, LG’s fourth-generation model adopts a 4-stack emission structure by separating the red and green layers into individual stacks.

This breakthrough OLED architecture enables the 27GX700A to achieve ultra-deep blacks and dazzling highlights, creating a more immersive visual experience in both bright and dark scenes. The monitor has been certified by UL Solutions for “Perfect Black” performance and is the world’s first OLED gaming monitor to earn VESA DisplayHDR™ True Black 500 certification, the industry benchmark for black level performance and color reproduction accuracy.
